See below an example of one of our completed steam boiler plant projects, completed by us on behalf of Bosch. The boiler was fully commissioned and has been operating successfully and efficiently, with the customer delighted by the premium standard of the boiler house installation. Delivering high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a clean, professional finish is something we take great pride in on every project.
On this site, we fabricated and installed a new header and installed a double block and bleed valve set up. The objective was straightforward: improve how heat is distributed, and recovered across the plant. Too often, steam systems lose efficiency through poor design, heat loss, or underperforming condensate return—issues that are usually avoidable.
A properly engineered system changes that. You get better energy utilisation, more consistent process conditions, and less waste going back to the boiler house.
Much of our work comes from reviewing existing infrastructure—identifying where energy is being lost and where performance can be improved. Small changes in the right places often make a significant difference.
Steam isn’t outdated. It’s just often under-optimised.
For this project, we manufactured a bespoke skid framework, assembled an 11kW twin pump set and built a bespoke control panel for this customer’s existing boosted water system. The new inverter-controlled duty/standby arrangement was designed to improve reliability while significantly reducing running costs, with estimated savings of around 50%. The complete system was assembled and prepared ready for installation, providing a compact and efficient solution tailored to the customer’s requirements.
